Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund Policy
If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with order details and supporting images.
